Beachwalk Vacation Rentals was established in 1993 and located within Beachwalk Resort where we are still the only on-site professionally managed vacation rental office. Over the years our dedicated staff has proven to our guests and homeowners that we are honest, attentive and fair, which in this evolving industry has played an important role in our growth.
Today, we offer the largest collection of homes in Beachwalk Resort and have expanded our inventory to include other nearby Lake Michigan beach homes in Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan.

The following represents a suggested list of items to bring with you for your stay depending on the weather. These items are not provided in most homes.
A one-time starter kit of the following is provided in each home. You will want to bring back up supplies for a stay of more than 2 days.
How do I reserve a vacation rental property?
You may book online or reserve with a live reservationist by calling 800.814.7501. Payment is required to secure your dates.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience we accept electronic checks, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
What time is check-in and check-out?
During June, July, and August we follow a strict check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out of 10:00 AM. September to May you may request an early check-in or a late check-out time-requests are granted based on the homes occupancy and cleaning schedule and must be approved in advance.
What do we do if something malfunctions during our stay?
Call us! An often overlooked benefit of reserving with a professional management company is the added comfort in knowing anytime, day or night if you need us we will be there. For non-emergency requests, our office is open and staffed daily. For emergency situations that could occur outside of our business hours, we offer a 24-hour answering service that will contact the appropriate staff member to assist you right away.
Are there any restrictions on who can reserve a vacation rental?
Yes, you must be at least 25 years old to reserve a vacation rental. The guest who reserves must stay in the home for the duration of the stay.
