  • Fun at Beachwalk

    Staying in Beachwalk Resort? Take advantage of the online booking system to reserve your kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boats, tennis court, bocce ball court, and shuffleboard. Resort wristbands required.

  • Lake Kai

    Stocked private lake with fishing pier inside Beachwalk Resort. Open only to guests staying within Beachwalk Resort with resort wristbands.

  • Coffee Creek Preserve

    157-acre preserve is a relaxing place to walk or picnic with water features, a shelter, and various trails & boardwalks through restored prairie, creek, wetlands, and woodlands. Educational programs are available during select times, and cross-country skiing is available during the winter.

  • Countryside Park & Alton Goin Museum

    33-acre park is home to an 18-hole disc golf course, fishing pond, playground, shelter, trails, and Portage’s largest winter sledding hill. The museum houses cultural artifacts from the Portage region, and the historic Trager farmhouse and outbuildings are nearby

  • Deep River Waterpark

  • Fire Drill Charters

    Michigan City fishing charter. Everything you need for a day of fishing, the rods, the reels, the bait, cleaning of the fish and they even have a fishing licenses on the boat. Game fish include Coho, Kings, Steelhead, Lake Trout and Brown Trout.

  • Foundation Meadows Park

  • Indiana Dunes National Park

  • Chesterton’s European Market

    Outdoor family/artisanal market is held in historic downtown Chesterton every Saturday from the beginning of May through the end of October. Vendors sell prepared foods, handcrafted jewelry, clothing, art, and more.

  • WhoaZone at Whihala Beach

    Jump, slide, bounce, splash and relax! Aqua park featuring action-packed floating obstacle course, shaded seating, paddleboard rentals and the SnackZone concessions and beach store.
