Located a short walk to the beautiful Sheridan Beach, Lake Michigan, this home is the perfect home to spend the evenings after sun-filled days at the beach, or any of the other great nearby activities including Washington Park Zoo, the Splash Pad, Washington Park and more.

Three levels of private living space, all with their own kitchen and bathroom. All levels connect via one main interior entryway making visiting each other easy, but also allowing each group/family their own private space.

Three sections labeled A, B and C are as follows:

(A) 2 Queen bedrooms bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, full bathroom and kitchen.

(B) 2 Queen bedrooms, full bathroom and kitchen.

(C) 1 Queen bedroom, full bathroom and kitchen.

All new furnishings just added May, 2018 just waiting for you to enjoy. Only a 3 night minimum stay required allowing a long weekend or mid week getaway. No smoking indoors and no pets, please.

The home was nice and roomy however, oven on main door didn’t work. The family consensus was everyone liked being more together. While the apartment style was great, we prefer a more open floor plan. Our beach house last summer had a patio for lounging in the evening n this property had no outdoor seating and too close to a very busy road.

I am reviewing this vacation rental based on questions asked.
Overall Satisfied?- Yes- satisfied with our stay, we would stay here again.

Property's general condition? Furniture and bedding all clean, abundance of towels, bedding and pillows- we used all the sofa beds. The oven on the 1st floor did not work and the refrigerator on the first floor leaked and we had to have 2 bowls inside to catch water or it made a mess- we did advise them of this during the stay and no one came to check and we advised again when we left. It was not a deal breaker as we were able to use the ovens in the other kitchens.

Property Location? We were very pleased. Its a very short walk less than 5 minutes to beach. We were not told ahead of time that this location is NOT included in the "Beachwalk Resort" therefore none of those amenities are available to use- FYI it did not affect our stay in anyway, just mentioning this. I did like that this house offered the "short-stay" option as we were there only Thursday-Sunday.

The Beachwalk Staff was friendly and we had some great conversations with them and they offered us lots of options to think about for next year.

Yes- we would recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again. We found the neighbors who lived in the surrounding houses friendly.

Though we've rented several different beach houses in several different Indiana and Southern Michigan locations, we have only rented one house within Beachwalk proper, and now 510 Lakeshore, outside of Beachwalk proper. It looked very good online and the reality matched for the most part. I believe we were only the 2nd renters so far so it was all spiffy clean and neat -- a great perk! Lack of outside space was a challenge for our family of 6 adults and 6 kids (ages 6-15) on the one day it rained, but the nice division of space within the house worked very well for our 3 families. Unit A had a refrigerator drip (which we reported), Unit B cable box was out of order, and ALL UNITS had no kitchen towels (which was annoying but not a deal breaker). The paper towels furnished were beyond cheap and pathetic, though, and should definitely be upgraded! Though our future preference will be with a house with more outside space than 510 Lakeshore has, we will always consider renting through Beachwalk. Oh, and Jude the Maintenance man, was helpful and professional and a great asset to the company.
