Welcome to DuneGates, a newly built beach house, just a sandy trail from water's edge. Prime attraction is the spectacular view of the lake and the dunes from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies and living area. You can hear the waves. Walking distance to Washington Park, the Zoo, the concerts, and the harbor. Also the approach is private, over a gravel driveway with parking for three cars.

-Bedroom 2: Two Twins with Twin over Twin Bunk Bed (Twins can be converted to King upon request)

Second Level: This is on continuous open space with beautiful wooden beams. A full balcony as well as three sliding doors giving a continuous breeze and can hear the waves. You can't miss the spectacular view of the lake and dunes.

-Kitchen, Modern, fully equipped with Dining and Gathering Space

-Sitting Area: comfortable couch with TV

-Reading or Game Area

-Bath 2: Standalone with Walk in Shower

Third Level

-Bedroom 3: Master with King, beautiful view of or private balcony with room for easy chairs.

-Bedroom 4: Queen with reading chair.

-Bath 3: Large designer bath with classy shower and double vanity, attached to Bedroom 3 with Hallway Access

INDOOR GATHERING SPACE

Enter through the ground level ramp, into the family game room, and mud area. The kids will love this space and all that is in store for them. The second level is huge open space making it the perfect area to be together and still have elbow room. The gorgeous kitchen with granite has an elegant island with cool lightening. The dining area has a large table for 10, and barstools. Sitting area on comfy L couch with TV in one corner and a game table in the other.

OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE

Sit out on the second level glass balcony and enjoy the sounds of the lake as the waves meet the shore, the kids at play and the boats as they cruise the coast. Pull up a chair and enjoy a front row seat to the beautiful sun sets that sink just past the Chicago Skyline. Savor the moment, slow down and share stories while gathered on the ground level patio. Or for a bit of privacy, use the 3rd floor balcony.

Driveway parking for 3 vehicles ONLY, please do NOT block neighbors parking or access.

-Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve.

RENTAL PERIOD

Dune Gates rents Sunday to Sunday mid-June through mid-August. Short stays are welcome for all other available dates. Great holiday rental and perfect for your out-of-town guests.
