This sharply designed home is a one of a kind with luxury and upscale comfort strategically mixed. The perfect place to host a summer BBQ or winter holiday feast. Just down the hall, past the guest powder room boasts the gorgeous main level king master suite. Take in the massive master bathroom and treat yourself to a soak in the extra-large jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Packing light is not a requirement when you have an oversized walk in closet big enough to put the whole family’s belongings, bring that extra summer dress or two!

Upstairs hosts the second and third bedroom both with their own attached bathroom. Bedroom 2 is furnished to sleep 4 as bedroom 3 sleeps 3 total.

Where their play time has no limits. The furnishings are all scaled to the little beach bums and their needs from the chairs, couches and beds. No windows.

To put the finishing touches to your stay pull up a seat on the back porch under the awning and mood setting party lights as you listen to the waterfall park across the way. This space combines the guest and main house.

Breezy Point Guest House

This lovely little guest house is simple and quaint. Sit out on the delightful deck and relax or do some grilling.

with a large flat screen tv and pull out sofa.

One queen bedroom with attached full bathroom equipped with heated floors and towel bars. The laundry is just between the bedroom and the bath. The full kitchen accommodates for the crew and then some.
