As you enter The Sand House the first floor you will be greets you with a contemporary and fully stocked chef's kitchen. Opening up to the family room opens up to a roomy you will find a large screen television, blu-ray player and more movies than you could watch in your stay. Don't forget to take a cup of coffee (or a glass of wine) up to the second or third floor with you, as that will make your experience even better as you enjoy the BEST view in all of Beachwalk on the multiple Screened in patios. The third floor of The Sand House offers views of Lake Michigan and Lake Kai, enjoy the sunsets or the sunrises from a glassed encased seating area or you can even go out onto the sun deck and work on your tan.

OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE

Relax outside on the porch in one of three porches and take in the sunset on Lake Kai. For those that love to grill, you will find all the tools you need as well as an easily accessible gas grill on the patio in the backyard. What are you waiting for?

Parking for 2 cars along the street in front of the home, 1 behind the house off the road as much as possible. Nearby overflow parking lot available.

Parking Passes ($3 each) and Wristbands ($12 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.

RENTAL PERIOD

The Sand House rents a Saturday to Saturday, mid-June through mid-August. Perfect rental for all seasons getaways and holidays. Excellent rental for your out of town guests, golf outings, girls weekends and family reunions.
